Part 3!Top panels: it's Team Mario (Mario and Shadow) vs Team Sonic (Sonic and Luigi)! What game are they playing? A Smash Bros.-esque Platform Fighter, but instead of Nintendo characters, it's Mario and Sonic characters instead!
Bottom Panels: Classic Sonic and Classic Eggman (aka Dr. Robotnik) are playing Competition in Sonic Mania on the Nintendo Switch! As you can see, they're also wearing hats, and they have Chaos Emeralds in other hats being used as buckets!

(Fun fact: The pose Classic Sonic is making to Robotnik is Modern Sonic's shrug artwork (shown here vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/so… ). This was also used by the Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account to sarcastically "congratulate" Mighty No. 9 on being released (and having met with mediocre reception) and further mocking by saying "it's better than nothing".)
