-head is ok (liking the determination in the eyes
-hands are a bit big, and the perspective is slightly off, his left hand's anatomy looks incorrect
-because the coat is in front of the body, the pants on the left thigh should have more shadow cast over it
-the position of the right arm and the lower body do not correspond to give a natural pose: I suggest shifting everything below the torso more to his left
-his left foot should point less to the side and point more like 45 degrees outward from straight forward
