Biography: The president of America, Alex Iku, end up working with Japan for now in order to trust to each other against the SHADOW and other Villains and Monsters. When Alex Iku discover the identity of Cpt. Japan, he keep it a secret since he's also a fan of all heroes around the world. When he finally meet with creator of J.A.P.A.N-Unit Driver named Man-Chu, he wanted a secondary hero to Captain Japan. This makes Man-Chu grow curious on why he wanted that. Alex then answer on why is because of his prototypes of project A.M.E.R.I.C.A.N-Unit Buckle that end up failing on him and engineers and science. So, Man-Chu then know why he wanted a secondary hero to Captain Japan, his idea was about Captain Japan collaborate with his partner for extra help against evil. And so, he made his project come to life as Man-Chu give him advice on how it's possible to make Driver. And so, after weeks during the 2019 year of Captain Japan battle against the villains, the Reiwa era has come, as the A.M.E.R.I.C.A.N-Unit Buckle was gone and was own by a 18-year-old boy named Kazu Hitsou who's a wanderer around Japan and Neo Tokyo who he's a Tokusatsu and anime and cartoon fan as his dream was to meet everyone and wants to be friends with them as Alex Iku decided that the boy can be the chosen one for A.M.E.R.I.C.A.N-Unit Buckle.
