Biography: Kioyuta had created this Driver to transform as Kamen Rider Ongatekuta to face off against Shatter Vocal, the dark organization to conquer worlds by taking emotions of sadness, anger, and fear to gain power or gain more energy to ruin peace and love. The first form was a preform of all genres where it could be overpowered by the bigger enemy and that’s why he made many disks of genres to beat his opponents, 7 genres, and others for special events so far. And the disk is now called Rhythm Powerdisk. After Kioyuta sacrifices his life and made a promise to other descendants of music genres to bring their smiles up and shine for love and peace, and so they did and kept his Driver in his room and lock the doors shut and wait till the chosen one had come, and that chosen one is his son named, Jun Hakatsu.
