I finally got the chance to finish this pic. I try my best to try to do the Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival color style which was a bit challenging on some areas.Lineart done in Paint Tool Sai
Color done in 90% on Photoshop CS5 and 10% on Paint Tool Sai
