Finally finish this.
Took me me a week to do this, due to other things I have to take care of and including one crazy a$# b-day party. On the other hand I love this picture however, I have problems creating a good background and a minor problem. But in the end, it came out quite nice don't you think.
80% Lineart and Color done in Paint Tool Sai
20% Color done in Photoshop CS5
