From what I can tell, it's a fanmade creation mainly centered around the monsters from the Alien franchise. My rendition of the concept leans more towards the raptor aspect than alien in terms of appearance.
For my version, the xenoraptor is the result of combining discovered dinosaur DNA with extraterrestrial DNA. The produced xenoraptor has enhanced senses far more developed than its prehistoric origins, although its eyesight has been reduced to seeing infrared light. It gets sunburned easily so it avoids being outside in the daytime and prefers to prowl by night. It has been observed to have the ability to dig through metal so it is assumed its claws have extremely high density. It may have more abilities but as of current they have yet to be discovered.

That raptor doesnt stand a chance! Alien with acid blood and wall climbing ablities. and a extra mouth. that raptor scratches it he's in trouble or bites it.
