Little is known of the mysterious Twi'lek known as Darth Vael. Even her Sith peers often wonder what secrets she conceals behind her veiled robes. Her powers lie in her ability to create illusions and cast nightmares over her oppenents, until the lose themselves in a literal veil of lies and madness. She is the third highest ranking member of the 9 Sith, below only Darth Inarchus and Darth Traya.

ZERO: "When the idea of a Twi'lek Sith came up, I decided she had to be wearing an all-concealing robe. It's an extremely atypical design, and I love to be subsersive."

SpectorKnight: "One of my favorite parts of Dath Vael's design is her long sleeves and the way her lightsaber blades just seem to shoot out from them, like she has no hands. She has a uniquely Arabian sort of feel, which I don't think has been done with a Sith before."
