Hmmm I really dont know how to explain this one haha!(also yeah thats NKs sperm on the bottom )
The guy on top of NK is named Byoki and he belongs to his name means sickness and yeah this guy really is a walking sickness, he feeds you this good tasting shit and then infects you its really gross and theres more to it then that but eah you get the idea haha! Altho with NK here he's not gonna infect him he kinda got a bit of a thing for him since NKs actually enjoying himself instead of running/fighting which is something Byoki never seen before , NKs just strange like that.
Yeah Byoki got these creepy worm things that come out of his back and shit its bizarre, he used to be fully human but got his DNA fuzed with some nasty shit or somethign like that I cant quite remember how the story went, he lost his right eye and and is deaf in his left ear hence the transmitter there.
