I almost didn't click on this deviation because I thought it was a 3d render. But when I did, and realize it was actually a photo, I couldn't believe it! This is just amazing. Once in a lifetime photo, I say... Great job!

hey! awesome shot! i love the mood of this, man. really redolent of middle earth.. it was the first thing i thought of when i saw this.. even before the title caught my attention. i'm a big fan of tolkien so yeah way to go! one request that i absolutely have to make: i implore you, please please crop off the bottom sectoin that includes lake and sandy patch or whatever it is. it's really a great big blemish on an otherwise oh so refined and sublime piece of art. so serene and captivating, this pic is.. still staring at it.. and i'm maundering away about this pic probably sounding like a fool.. oh what i would give to maunder IN the pic or middle earth for that matter. it's 1:22am wher ei'm at so i think i had better get some shut eye..

This is a beautiful shot. I'm glad it's finding middle earth instead of what I originally saw. (I got a quick glimpse at the name and thought it said "fingering middle earth" and proceded to make a "o___O" face and click. but this is much nicer.)
