Why?
THE MAYOR IS WHY, MOTHERFUCKER.
The Mayor is awesome. I want to see a fanfic where the parts of the Kids and Exiles are switched. Can you imagine the Mayor as a human kid. It'd be awesome. He'd probably be a dork like John. And it would be the best thing ever.
Or really terrible. Whatever.
Done in Painter 12 using Watercolor tutorial. This took longer than I thought.
