But before you continue, you must know when I say "toons", I'm talking about ultra toon-y type toons. Not hand-drawn males in general.

Anyway, I just realized you're right. American toon males are rarely sexy because the artists don't bother to make them look sexy. Toon males are, as a rule, supposed to look ZANY, but not cute or sexy or desirable.

It's kind of a sanctioned form of sexism. It's perfectly alright to make all toon males look utterly unfuckable but God help you if you fail to draw at least one toon female everyone would desperately want to screw in real life.
