This is a very dense set of choices as far as design goes. Almost every aspect calls me back to people i have seen, played as, watched in movies, etc. this being said, the character is still held together well. Nothing clashes in initially. I love the design, and I will place a vote after looking around a bit!

I would love to give more detail from MY tiny portion of reality, but know A. I am no artist B. I am speaking from opinion unless stated otherwise (and even then, everything is SOMEONES opinion) C. I really like this piece, however tend to come off negatively.

done, and noted to you, however make some coffee... I wrote a bit more than i planned, The gist of it is that the whole thing "makes sense" which is a quality too few even try to have these days "i put it in because it looks cool" is not always the best option, and you seem to have avoided that as much as possible.

And the chain at the bottom does not have any hints (that i can see) as to where it goes. It just seems to be hanging from (where?)
The claw things in the casting, they look SOLID not like a spell at all, if they are a tool she uses that is fine, if not, than they (and the eyeball) need a bit more ghostly effect.
Overall this looks great and truly SHOULD be viewed in the full size to take it all in. however a bit more shading and defining would have been extra awesome. However, consistency and design are much more important.
