This is a comic based off the Theory of the many failed project Mew's before Mewtwo with a shocking twist of the untold tale of Mewzero >:3Hope you like it, peace out peeps !

Frankly, as much as the theory drove me off initially... it does make sense in a macabre and strangely logical sense.
Mew is the genetic origin of every single PokΓ©mon... including fellow Legendaries. Her DNA, literally, contain the DNA of every single living thing ever in the PokΓ©mon setting... past, present, and future.
And this bring forth the following reason why Mewtwo absolutely had to be different instead of an accurate clone: creating a true clone of Mew is impossible.
Not because "OMG ORIGINAL ALWAYS BETTER THAN COPIES" but rather because through the millions of years of life on the PokΓ©mon World, countless species went extinct. And for a true clone, you need the DNA of *every* species... including those long gone prehistoric PokΓ©mon.
And that's not bringing in the DNA of PokΓ©mon not native to the primary planet canon take place on. Being confined to their homeworld, humanity has no way to gain the DNA of all those alien species.
Thus, any attempt at creating a viable accurate clone of Mew is doomed to failure. Not even Legendaries would be capable of creating an accurate Mew copy.

yep =3 although this is the origin of Mewzero, also known as the failed creation that got away before being classed as a complete clone, there for when they Mewtwo was made they saw him as the prefect clone of Mew although they had no idea the failed clone lived, they for they can't go back and rename it Mewtwo because they already have a Mewtwo, so Mewzero was what it was called =3
