This is my OC Steve, he comes from a short sketch that I did like two years ago. Here he is dressed in a Rotary blazer that is covered in pins from all over the galaxy and is positioned to give his pin. When someone joins the rotary exchange program, they receive a blazer to put pin/buttons on and a bag of pins to exchange with other exchange students. Also I'm sorry for the bad photo quality, the phone that I usually use to take the pictures is not working and I don't know how I can edit the photo.And no, he is not a Martian.
