For a work in progress it's easy to see that this is coming along nicely. The shading is nice, the animation is smooth and the idea is pretty cool too!

There are a few things which I would like to point out, though.

The first thing is the animation itself. At some points (particularly when the Emote is in the process of teleporting) the animation seems to be a bit slow, so maybe if you sped that up a little it'd help make the whole thing flow a lot better, and it'd keep the full attention of who was looking at it. Maybe you were waiting until you were finished to speed it up, I don't know. It was just a thought.

The second thing (which is more of a tip really) is the eyes when the emote is looking around. You nailed the blinking when he's looking at the machine all confused, but seem to have left that out while he's actually looking about. I know it may seem silly, but if you include it even when he's doing less major of a face transformation it helps make the animation look continuously smooth throughout. I also recommend using eyes in the style of if it looks weird with the >> eyes, since that usually works well without it suddenly speeding up.

Overall I think this is a well made Emote, even if it is still a WIP, and I look forward to seeing the finished thing. Keep up the great work!

Its well done, so far, the transition between the two teleporters will probably be the hardest part
