This looks great! Especially since you claim to just be a digital art novice. I hope you don't mind if I offer a bit of critique, though!
Seeing the direction in which you shaded this, the nose has an unnatural shading. It looks a bit flat against her face, so it may have worked a bit better if there was a bit of shading on the bottom of the nose.
The shoulders seem fine as they are, given where the picture ends at the bottom. The neck is a bit long and thick, so it can give the illusion that the shoulders are small.
Also, small tip: for slight details like neck lines, it's best to do it with just shading and not lines. It's more subtle!

oh man i always neglect under the nose shading, thanks for the heads up! I also never really considered the whole using shading to show neck lines and such.

The only thing that I see could be changed is making the chin protrude more. The neck and shoulders are FINE OKAY. 100% honesty
