A sketch for my blog; I'm practicing new ways to color, and create line art but so far I haven't come up with something comfortable. D': I seriously lack talent in art, and I blame it on my stubbornness.Constructive criticism is welcomed! Please don't forget to comment~

Even though it's just a sketch, it's really nice to get some credit for even the smaller amounts of effort I put into my art.
And about the anatomy, that's something I struggle with immensely, but that makes me feel a lot more confident!Β

Well, unfortunately I haven't had the knowledge of art history, like a lot of other artists out there. I wish I could afford an art class, but that's out of my reach for now. One day though, I hope to better my art. :3Β

Though it's important to be able to critically analyze and self improve on your work,Β self deprecating doesn't have much of a place in my opinion. Don't get your mind stuck in a place where you think it's about talent or being good. Time, practice, and dedication, there's no shortcut to those and that's what makes real progress. No college is going to teach that (probably).
If you're as stubborn as you claim, then I doubt anything will keep you from keeping at it
And for what it's worth, I think you have very lovely art. Especially this photo, of which I probably just fell in love with Kairi again because of.
