But the first idea was, that you have to climb on it when he ist stunned at a certain point and get inside him to destroy some stoneheart protected by something...^^

I love the concept of the mine shafts, namely the mining cart flying out of it. I can so imagine the encounter in my mind, in which the nub in the party gets completely one shot by a mining cart and hilarity ensues. Then comes the cheesy line of "you got carted!" Some sort of creature could even come out of the mines and attack the group, there are many possibilities with this. The artwork is also wonderful.
