Well, that's because it's not digital (at least not totally).  All of my work starts with analog materials.  I couldn't start a painting digitally if you put a gun to my head; it simply isn't how I work.

Where the digital is useful is in being able to create intersections of various analog efforts, into one coherent whole.  I couldn't make these kinds of images readily without the digital tools, but I certainly couldn't even conceive of them without my eyes, hands and an easel.
