For art advice, I'd say maybe you should practice drawing the lines less sketchy. It's okay to do it at first to help you get a nice curve or line, but once you've got it, trace over it again for the established and final line.

Yes, smoothe lines are hard to do with a mouse in oekaki. I can get very nice, smoothe lines in PhotoShop with the *pen tool* for my GOOD artwork (actually, my featured deviation is proof enough of this), but I can't seem to get it down quite yet on oekaki boards seeing as they don't have pen tools... or, at least I don't THINK they do. Practice, practice!

Ah I see. I commented in mind of using a tablet. I suspected you may have used a mouse by looking at the "screen" part, but I wasn't too sure, so I went unspecific. This is very good for something made by a mouse (Y)

Thanks. :> Yeah, Link was just kinda thrown in there anyway- meant to look more like those little printoutable box characters you can make. I find it's difficult to get into detail on smaller characters with a mouse- it gets all jittery. At least, in ShiPainter Pro it does. Might end up going back to plain ol PaintBBS.
