Thank very much. I was very frustrated with this photo. When I woke up the tent there was lot of fog and I couldn't see the mountains. There was a short moment without fog and an amazing light but I wasn't ready and then the fog came back. I had to wait the fog disappear to make this photo but the light was not as good.

Welcome. I have been studying in photography this year for my school and the teacher is a man who works for National Geographic. Unfortunately, amazing landscapes like that aren't around where I live so I rely on the people around me to help me make great shots. I haven't posted any yet though. Right now the teacher is having me study the settings of a camera and is teaching me how to get a picture that people will find interesting. I only have been in this course for four weeks and I only have one photography lesson per week, so I still have much more to go. It must be amazing being able to travel and actually experience the sights around you.ย

I have the chance to live in a beautiful place, the French Alps, but you can find interesting thing to shoot and make nice photos everywhere.

Cool. As I learned, It's not the camera that makes a good picture, it is you. So you can use any camera and come out with something amazing.

Well, a good camera helps. At least a DSLR. But the most important thing is creativity and inspiration. It is also the most difficult things.

luckily I do have a nice camera as well as a cheap digital. lol The camera I have is a Nikon D100. Not the best in Nikon, but pretty good.
