I dunno, I'm not into it and don't have any particular friends to have mentioned being into that sort of thing. I'd imagine it would be pretty different from person to person though, just like most other sexual preferences.Β
Just taking a guess, I'd figure the appeal in that sort of thing would lie primarily in the taboo-ness of it, the shame of being witnessed like that, or a genuine appreciation of the smell. But I suppose the only way to know for sure what the appeal is to someone is to ask someone who likes that sort of thing.
