I decided to put a quick render together tonight. It has Superman and Wonder Woman together again. I really liked how the faces turned out on this image. I also loved how Diana's hair obscures her smile.Related content

Lovely. People often shortchange this hero trying to tie his morality into one love interest and thankfully with the new sm/ww ship they don't do that at all. Both characters are noble and strong by themselves and with each other...they seem to uplift and challenge each other. That is why I will never get this only Lois grounds him when he has the Kents as parents and many human friends and is an everyman who lives as a normal joe...he does all these things on his own accord. That is what makes him the man he is and his ability to straddle both worlds and eventually become the inspiration and leader he was meant to be...done very well in Kingdom Come. Him and Lois only work when they get to live in a bubble and she never age but the irony is SM is not a human and is a character who has longevity. They never apply real tests to them and allow Clark to really face up to challenges re being who he is which is the thing that defines heroism and character. Heroism defined because you dating a human is not heroism. It is way more complex than that and Diana being someone who shares his burdens can really understand the weight on his shoulders.

Their relationship was what finally convinced me to try the New 52. I thought it would be uniquely interesting, and I always found Mr. Ross' images between them in "Kingdom Come" amazing.
I'm not sure how things are going be post-Convergence and during the Truth storylines though.
At any rate, which is your choice for Clark's love life? Lois? Lana? Lori? Maxima? Other?

Call me traditional...but I like Lois. She helps Clark stay grounded in his humanity. But Wonder Woman would be the friend Lois would measure herself against...and perhaps sow seeds of jealousy

I've always liked Lois as well. She may not have super powers, but she is definitely proved to be a Clark's equal in many ways.
I may just have to do a few with Lois and Clark.
