Oh, god! ~death-g-reaper 's Death is hard to color. She's supposed to be very monochrome, which I just can't do! So her boots and hair are actually raven blue. her suit is something like mahogany.Alright! I'll make a contest out to the scythe. the first to name the thing before the end of the month gets a free portrait sketch.

Yeah, I played with the original design some. And no one was been able to figure out the scythe's name.

And both are actually wrong. The Scythe belongs to one of my characters and has a specific name. It's in my gallery some where.

I like the overall concept and the flow of the cape. The lack of contrast between the inside of the cape and her outfit kind of makes it difficult to see her body at first glance though, but the silhouette is nice.

She's supposed to be a fairly dark character so the lack of contrast is to be expected. Besides, as it is, it's better than the alternative, which would be all black.

Well yes, at least the gray undercoat lets her body be seen in closer view. Sometimes keeping a character in character means that some good points cannot explored, in this case her silhouette.
