Behold: Toph Bei Fong as a Puff!I was inspired by ~Booter-Freak 's "Avatar goes CARTOONY ". I have to say, it was hard coming up with Toph's arms. I need to see another PowerPuff cartoon to figure out the physics of their arms. :-s
If I have more time, I may come up with the rest of the cast as Puffs.
