Yeah, it's Bullsquid from Half-Life. And it's pixelated to death (it's supposed to resemble a dead bullsquid), mwahaha!There ain't any blood on it 'cause it would have messed up the real work.
It's part of my next ID pic which should finish up sometime in near future.

dude great work! halflife's the best game in the whole world man, and these bullsquids are one of the most annoying creatures of the game in my oppinion! you should try to pixelate the final boss man, that would be stunning!
