Kalidahs are violent, vicious animals from the Wizard of Oz series. They have the bodies of bears, and heads of tigers. Claws so sharp they can rend a lion into two. Dorothy and her friends faced two of them in the first book, and nearly subcumbed to them. Had it not been for the lion to suddenly get brave and roar to slow them down, and the tin man, chopping the tree bridge, they might have been killed.

I do not own the Kalidah. That belongs to the Oz folks.

I might have given them sharper claws, but I didn't use an image of a bear standing up, so it didn't look right with it just standing on all four legs like this.
