Hi @ZhangQipeng I really like how this picture looks and it would fit an archetype in a card game that Im making for my friends and I, do you mind if I use this just as a card design? I will not be selling these cards if I get the go ahead and will only be using this for fun. I will not claim the artwork as my own aswell. Thanks for your time! ~Tyler

I did reference some work from comic books,but its a metal super man with a hummer not hulk. Anyway if what I did give you some bad feeling or make you out of sorts, I really sorry for it. It`s just a work,hope we can let it go. And I will try to make my works more different from the references in the future work.

I took the time to overlay both images (flipping and rotation included) in search of tracing matches and honestly, while the pose is almost identical, this cannot be considered as theft; a lot of illustrators reference their poses from other images, and this one in particular is an excellent painted render.
There is also the coincidence of nailing a pose already made by a different artist, without even being aware of it; has happened to me, can't really blame him. However, if he really did use the Hulk cover as a reference, he should credit it.

Not necessarily a carbon copy of it, it just happens that both artists are really good and their anatomic rendering for the nailed pose gives an uncanny resemblance. However other elements like the fingers on the hand, the head, and the overall tilt of the body are not the same (I am comparing the Hulk cover to the other version of this painting that's on his gallery, where the barbarian has no armor).
Sadly, if we were to say that poses are copyrighted, then everything everyone draws is a ripoff of something else, even down to the simplest walking or standing pose. The point is that given the quality and consistency of the rest of his gallery, I would hold back from saying such things.

Destaco mucho lo que dijiste en tu ultima oracion, teniendo en cuenta ese criterio merece más respeto solo por ser un dibujante habilidoso.
Yo creo que el cuidadoso debería ser él al """"Inspirarse"""" de un cover de un comic tan popular como lo es Hulk. Aparentemente hay más aduladores que observadores en paginas como DA.

No lo digo por "adular", sino porque hay veces en que el resto de la galería de un supuesto fraude suele tener mucha inconsistencia tanto en calidad de imágen como estilo. Si hablamos de observar, como ya dije, lo he hecho de sobra al tomar las dos imágenes y darles el estudio que necesitaban para el caso.
Las poses son idénticas, pero el tratado final es materia que ocluye por completo el problema anterior (aunque es verdad, debería acreditarlo si se diera el caso de que haya referenciado aquella portada). No tengo ningún interés en este artista al defenderle; he debatido ya que la situación me es familiar, al haber realizado yo mismo algunas piezas con poses que coincidían con las de otras, sin jamás haberlas visto antes de realizarlas.

Quitando por completo el tema de este artista, tambien me he visto dibujando poses que pensé haber sacado de mi craneo, y tiempo despues me cruzo con obras ( que ya conocia) de artistas que admiro, y noto que habia alojado gran parte de ese dibujo sin siquiera haber tenido la intención.

I love the high level of detail juxtaposed with the semi-abstract background. It really brings focus onto the character, although he seems to demand attention by himself just fine!
The assymetry of his costume is great. All the little things really pull together into something fantastic!

I like how the bare chest amongst all that armor sort of says "Never gonna happen!"
The trees twisting off into the mist could make one contemplate the spirit realm. While the blood to their head lasts anyway.
