Weapon looks like its based off a STINGER MANPADS system. MANPADS are they're own missile and have their own ignition system, and in my experience don't have significant recoil-but good luck aiming on a moving bike surrounded by IR signatures for the missile to bite off on.
In all honesty, I'd be more worried about Miss Missile setting her driver on fire on launch...
