Well,Homunculi in general have retarded aging compared to humans,the only exception being Bradley whom Dante deliberately designed to age like humans to better blend in as The Fuhrer of Amestris.Though not outright stated,it`s implied that their retarded aging is partially due to their artificial nature and partially due to their alleged lack of souls(Which is contradicted by things that happen to Wrath and Envy later meaning that claim was likely yet another of Dante`s many lies to control The Homunculi like that she`d let them become human or there being any way for them to do so in the first place).
