Truthfully i would want both to stand down and plot together to take down all of equestria. i do not ship them but with these 2 powerful villains they could surely take anyone on! if i had to choose one it would be sombra because i am his loyal and adoring slave ^^

Well Chrysalis is some kind of Alicorn Changeling, she has her own army and and get sronger by feeding on others love.
But Sombra can turn to shadow so large he can corner the entire Cystal empire, he has been proven clever sense he fooled Twilight Twice, he gain Power by fear and hate (and its easier than get somebody to fear/hate you than feeding on someones love), and a other small detail he telepoted an EMPIRE a thousand years forward where he escaped his prison and only a day or two Went by for the population, I mean holy shiet that says alot about his Powers.

Sombra FTW, Chrysalis cant plan very well (before you say anything, i want you to know the you cant prove me wrong on that one. Blind idolizing is not a good defense) , she doesn't have any love at her disposal (love for sombra? HELL no, he cold as ice), she cant utilize the love she drains as actual love to combat with against him (love is the only thing that can stop him, it is the bane of his existence), and even though she can get more powerful she is still vulnerable to any attack. She is just as mortal to attack as any other changeling (analyze the episode and see what i mean). Just because chrysalis is the more favorable it doesn't she is at all a good villain. The only thing really going for her is her looks, which are cool but that's it. Oh, and magic, Sombra can disable that shit at he weakest.

Obviously Sombra would win. Let's break it down:
Sombra:
- conquered an entire empire all by his lonesome
- required two of the most powerful beings in Equestria to bring him down, despite being only a unicorn as opposed to an alicorn or draconequus
- is Dangerously Genre Savvy, to the point of being the most competent villain in the MLP: FiM canon
Chrysalis:
- fights with an army by her side, making her likely more skilled at deception than actual combat
- could barely take on Princess Celestia, and only won through being jacked up on love juice
- is prone to astoundingly large errors of judgement that likely stem from her overly theatrical personality
To me, that's no contest. Sombra FTW.
