I guess I already guessed what Anger wanted to tell... but I won't tell due to security.
Anyways I imagine this being canon. But Joy can't be just alone, commanding Riley. What if something goes wrong, they offer her broccoli, there's something that "scares" her... will she be happy anyways?

Joy learned in the movie that the other emotions has to come to help.
I mean,she forbid Sadness to make Riley cry to express her real feeling but at the end,Joy learned that Sadness has a purpose.
