Description

Lotus are extremely calm & peaceful Funkeys and have an intense connection to the planet – the Great Mother Terrapin. Lotus are friends to all wildlife and have the ability to communicate with many different types of animals. Some say they can even talk to trees.
With such a natural bond with the environment, it seems odd that the Lotus reside in the heart of Funkeys Town. Could this be the reason for the broken heart? Then again, maybe it is their strong bond with the environment that holds all of the Funkeys Town together.
Either way, the Lotus stay cool in all situations, even Master Lox and his evil henchmen don’t get the Lotus too worried. Their expressions never change. Lotus Descrption on the Codex

UB FunKeys, a 2007 game which I have little memory on it, except the henchmen that stole your coins!

I still have the toys and the most memorable FunKeys was the panda-looking one nammed Lotus. I ignored its personnality until now.

Lotus is a subtle message for nature and wildlife, like the WWF logo. As Panda are symbol of peacefulness and tranquility, UB FunKeys take them to the extrem by turning it into an Emo, which lead to this cliché-breaking design: A Panda, a black and white animal, with a sad broken heart on the stomach and a missing eye like the peek-a-bang.

But its nature-loving and animal-loving trait add a charm to the lot.

Lotus is definitly my favourite. I love Gothic and Panda. Its name is both a flower and a pun.

Lotus are tree huggers but this one is about to touch a cactus! Based on this image.
It says that Lotus is friend to all wildlife. It will welcome an injured one and take care of it.
Althought Lotus doesn't show emotion, it rarely show them. Look at this cutie.
Panda may be peaceful and calm but they can be dangerous when pick on. Lotus shows its claws only as an intimidating tool.

Like a panda, Lotus sleep whenever it hapenned to. In reality, it is taking care of a sick tree. Based on this image.
This is where the "name is a pun" come from. Decomposing into syllabe become "Lot us" as "A Lot for us"
Lotus harvesting bamboos, their "primary" diet. However, pandas are vegetarian carnivorous. They can eat apple and carrot though.
Many funkeys says Lotus can talk to trees and this proof it. By reading the tree "heart-beat", Lotus understand the message, which it's helpful to track poisonnous waste.
