I have a question about the movements of the model bodies did you use the motion or graph editor? I noticed in my animation the movements are slow but I've learn when you place the bookmarks and move them from each other it slow it down and when close their faster.

I use motion editor. There you can get more smooth animation. And after some practice you can easy do animation faster or slower there too!!!
