What happens when you don't like an official redesign of an already cool alien ? You change it up and make even better than what it could be.I'm not a fan of the rebooted Stinkfly but I do think it could work as an alien of its own and that's what I've done here.
Hero Name: Draggin' Fly
Species Name: Anisopcheliped
Planet of Origin: Submosvegnon
Powers/Abilities: Flight, Durable Exoskeleton, Projectile Pincer Claws that be shot away from the arms and holds tight to what's in its grip and the claws can also retract back to the arms. The combination of this projectile claws and flight allow for a fun time dragging around whatever he gets his mitts on. The segmented abdomen on his back releases short bursts of energy that allows for more propulsion while in flight.

I'd like to give some feedback if you don't mind criticism.
'I think he needs a better name. Maybe PrimeAche (being that he's a primate and he'll being aches and pains to anyone against him)
Energy Manipulation, Enhanced Strength, Speed, Durability, and Flight are good but the others might need to go. Lowered Dexterity sounds like a weakness and Enhanced Appetite doesn't seem like it should be listed unless it could be a weakness. The techniques at the end probably shouldn't be included because those need to learned and can't be used right off the bat.

That's actually constructive criticism, and I approve. Lowered Dexterity and Enhanced Appetite could be weaknesses. And the techniques could be learned by watching other people. As for PrimeAche, I should have thought of that!

Also one more thing I'd suggest changing is the appearance. I don't normally like human looking aliens so I'd want to change him into a bit more of an ape than a human like a 70/30 ratio. Also to change things up, Saiyans here generate their own energy and expel it in ways they want. When they start expelling so much energy that their fur changes from black to gold and started radiating energy. It's a way of protecting their body from being destroyed by so much energy in them all at one.

Actually, I have another idea.
Majins. They don't look too humanlike normally, and even female, the only humalike thing is their antennae.

Same here, I had hoped this would be another Omniverse situation with a less than stellar promo pic but good animation to back it up, but that comic con promo they released was terrible. The people in it look like they belong in Be Cool, Scooby Doo and that's not an exaggeration, I looked at pics of that show and the characters from both are in the exact same style. Plus there's the fact that they got Diamondhead's powers wrong with the Iceman style blasting of diamonds. His powers do not make that smooth of a diamond construct.

What's worse is that it is confirmed to be MORE comedic!
The only saving graces for the reboot is the animation and gwen's voice. While she is nowhere near as good as megan smith, she is definitely a breath of fresh air and definitely better than the tiresome Ashley Johnson.

This is turning into Teen Titans Go. An awesome action series on Cartoon Network that later gets downgraded to an 11 minute episode comedy series that rarely has good action.
Not entirely sure about the animation yet based off a short promo. But Gwen does indeed sound better than Ashley Johnson.

Yeah, seriously. What kind of idiots do they have running the network over there ?! TTG proved that they could handle a previously owned series and downgrade it for more profits and skill rake in the kid's ratings. They tried to do the same with PPG and cash in on the nostalgia but it turns out 85% of people watching it, hated it. Now they hope to do the same with Ben 10 and it's looking to be a disaster right from the get go.
With Regular Show and Gumball ending, I'm seriously worried about the CN lineup if most of the shows are going to be cheap, flash animated, sub par written series' who only draw in kids and don't care about any other people wanting to watch it.
Yeah, I'm getting tired of Greg Cipes voicing Kevin, he's fine in my opinion as Mikey from TMNT but I think he sucks as TTG Beast Boy so that has me in a weird position where I'm getting bored of him.

That's pretty rad, man! I'll admit, even though I have high hopes for the reboot, Stinkfly's redesign isn't my favorite. It was such a drastic change it just became so jarring to really think that's the design they went for. Honestly, I would've liked it if they used a similar design/power that you gave him! At least then we'd not only have a new alien, but we'd get another bug-themed alien!

Thanks! Yeah, it makes me wonder who approved such a big change to an already existing character. I totally agree about that last part, if you're making a huge redesign on this scale, you might as well make it a new character or in this case, alien.

Yeah, my main problem is how everyone besides Ben and Gwen look, how Diamondhead's powers function, and the unnecessary redesigns, plus the animation from that preview looks about on par as PPGR's animation.

Really like this design a lot more then the new design. I was very optimistic about the reboot, but after seeing that clip from the show I'm not that excited anymore. It just looks so lazy from the background characters looking like every other background characters from other CN shows on now to the animation. I'll watch the first episode just to see what it's like, but I'm not expecting much.

Yeah, this could been such a promising reboot but every time something new comes out, I'm less and less excited and more and more let down. I'm gonna give this a three episode strike before I give up on it.
