Description
This is Arachnera, the stealth runner of the HybridsHer real name is Lucy Warshaw and she is the loner of the group.
Her Hybrid side is a Black Widow Spider, she has a venomous bite, can stick and crawl onto most surfaces, can shoot a webline from inbetween her smallest "fingers" and "toes".
She is the meanest and loniest member of The Hybrids because of her attitude and because of her inability to switch between human and hybrid. This is because of her Hybrid DNA being that of a spider, the more foreign the DNA is from being human the harder it is to transform back. While she has the hardest time transforming, Prime has the easiest time transforming since he is a primate.
Some of the inspiration behind her came from Blackarachnia from Transformers Animated

I would try to make her feel welcome and that she doesn't need to be a hard cold person and that she can open up if she's having any problems.
like a girl that can kick ass and can handle her self.
I wouldn't judge her spider form.
I know I am sounding like I'm gonna become lunch.

What I like about this
- She's a lil edgy and there's nothing wrong with being a bit tough.
- She has a more Raven vibe to her and I like that.
- Her design is very good and the mere fact that she's based off Blackarachnia is good enough for me to give her respect.
- Her human design is very gothic and I like that gives her some intimidation detouring anyone who wants to mess with her.
-She's tough as they come.

She's a good character and has some qualities that could be relatable to some people. Great charcter in this series.

Yeah, I don't get it. I get she's the loner of the team, but what in the world would cause her to betray them and turn evil. "Oh no I can't turn back human as quickly as the others. I'm so lame. Maybe I'll stab them in the back and turn evil. Yeah, that'll work." Sirecly, beast from x man can't even turn human and has been stuck that way for ever, get over yourself and stop winning. You're the coolest member of the team.

Different circumstances; Beast has nobody to blame but himself for his transformation, and he knows it, so he has little reason to be bad. Arachnera didn't have that luxury.

Well if I had to explain in depth why. It has to do mostly with how she fits in with each team and her animal instincts. When she's around her first team she has to hold back and not kill anyone, she can't go out into the open except for missions, and she doesn't form any big friendships one would expect to be made in a team. To her, she's living a pretty miserable life hiding who she is and saving people who hate and fear her. When she leaves the team and joins the Webheads, it gets to be a more freeing experience. She can do whatever she wants with no one on her new team telling her to not to act so villainous and she can give into her animal instincts which she has been forced to suppress for a long time and she can finally stop feasting on small rodents and for much bigger prey.

In other words she a psyco. I mean, sure having to deal with cravings for blood isn't al that great, but she sirieclly has to go to that extreame. Also, she makes no friends in the hybrids, none. I mean comenon that's the job, save others at any caust, no matter if they likenher or not. Hasn't she seen they music video for 'waiting for superman'? Also, couldn't someone come up with a blood substitute? And even if she does turn evil for the sake of her inner animal instincts, shouldn't he atleast feel bad everytime she has to fight them. Or is she just cold hearted and with no possible redemption?
Also, just remembered, WERN'T THEY ALL EXPERIMENTED. On to uptain their hybrid powers, she would actually hate having a thirst for blod that she never had. She would have been trying to hide away and continue looking for a cure. (Also, whose the smart one, bat girl?) Ok, maybe she was goth before hand, but to want to kill others would mean she would have been evil at the begining.
Anyway love the character. She's almost as cool as they cheetah girl.

More like a sociopath, she was borderline before becoming a hybrid. She also doesn't help others because it's the right thing to do, she's making the best out of a bad situation and using the team til a better opportunity comes along. A blood substitute could be made but no one is interested in helping hybrids in any way. She doesn't feel bad for fighting her former team but she does go easy on teammates who "didn't annoy her". There's really no redemption for her because her endgame is to be rule every spider hybrid and use them gain territory and take out anyone in her way.
Yes they were experimented on. Her thirst and hiding away is exactly why she sees her new life as miserable. The bat girl is the smart one but she doesn't have the resources or information to make a cure. As a goth girl, she did often threaten others with her switchblade, so she was pretty bad to begin with.

That's not "Goth", that's psychotic. "Goth" is just a style, it is NOT a mindset; most Goth folks are just as cheerful or extroverted as your average young folks are. THIS girl is just a crazy or malicious person who uses that style of dress as an excuse to hurt people.

But yeah, there's no real reason for her to stick around, or for the fugitives to keep her around other than that she escaped at the same time they did.

Well the reason she sticks around is because at the moment, she has nowhere to go and is almost permanently stuck as a spider mutant and the team wants her around because their group is the only Hybrids around and there's safety in numbers.

Basically, like I said, it's because they only had each other. But the moment more spiders are discovered, she leaves for folks she fits in better with.

Exactly, she sees the Webheads as better choice of team because they can do whatever they want and with her old team they need to hold back from doing a lot of things because they're heroes.

Although Prime's nickname for her is in fact Blackarachnia.
