A reimagined version of Finster from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and creator of the Putty Forces and Monsters that serve Ritari Pulsa.

Finnztarr comes from the planet Clayduron. He was a Builder. A craftsman who creates forces from special clay for enforcement or war. Finnztarr was one of the best, but because of his leader Brucarru, his work was always being taken credit for by others. One day a clay monster came out of nowhere and killed Brucarru and it was Finzzstar's clay creation that killed the monster. Seeing how Finnzstarr masterfully defeated that monster, he was promoted to Brucarru's position. Many more monster attacks would come and Finnztarr's clay warriors would always be enough to defeat them and these victories took Finnztarr up through the ranks to Chief Builder, commanding all lower ranked builders.

One day, Finnztarr's wife Plepra went into his personal lab after not seeing him for days and found prototypes of all the monsters that have been attacking their people and that Finnztarr has been defeating. Finnztarr tried to explain himself but Plepra would not listen to his lies and half truths. She told Finnztar "I guess it takes a monster to create monsters." and tried to run out. Finnztarr yelled out "STOP!" and all his proto-monsters came to life and attacked Plepra, killing her. This death of his beloved broke Finnztarr's mind and he unleashed all his monsters and his clay warriors to kill everyone in his city and government. A spy of Ritari on Clayduron told her of this attack and this brought the witch to the planet where she finally met the conductor of such chaos. Finnztarr's clay warriors were no match for Ritari and he had no chance of overpowering her. Ritari sensed great suffering and sorrow in Finnztarr and took advantage of that to promise him that if he served her, she could help him bring back his precious Plepra and Finnztarr accepted, crafting soldiers and monsters from clay, souls, and other organic material taken from fallen warriors and crafting them into Puttiy Warriors and Elite Monsters. No one would ever see it but in Finnztarr's new lab, he has a hidden room, one filled with many clay figures of Plepra, all broken from his rage at not getting her as perfect as she used to be. Finzztarr cannot reunite with Plepra until he gets her just right, as sadly as Finzztarr thinks.
