A remake of my last Red Hood pic and my version of Little Red Riding Hood for my Monstrosities comic idea.She's a Hunter of mythical creatures and her grandparents are the Mad Hatter and Goldilocks and her father is The Woodsman. Red inherited his axe, which splits into two one sided axes, that she uses to slay monsters. There's even rumors that she's even descended from King Arthur. She has a Vader-like presence where she is mostly silent but everyone around her fears her presence and what she could do them if they step out of line.

Very cool design and concept. I always loved fairy tale-themed characters. Since the vast majority of beings in the Monstrosities world are monsters and mythical creatures wouldn't that make Hood sort of like a serial killer? Is there a law against killing certain monsters, or is it a anything goes situation?
Also, since she's a monster hunter maybe she can be armed with some trinkets and charms that could help her fight off certain creatures. I can see her having a small arsenal of monster hunting artifacts that she takes from the monsters she kills, similar to Constantine. And maybe a bestiary of some sorts but then again maybe her brain is the only bestiary she needs.

Thanks. Well, I wouldn't call the mythical side a majority in a sense. There are more monsters and creatures hidden in the world than we expected. But The Hunters have managed to convince many who are aware of the existence of magic and monsters that they're a danger. Though there are a few people in the world who assist monsters and are their allies.
All Hunters are equipped with certain charms and amulets to assist them, Red specifically has her cape which was tailored not out of cloth but out of blood, more specifically creature blood, whatever creature she slays get its blood absorbed, others of that species cannot ever cut or tear through it, not even a dragon can burn through it. Plus there's her axe and magical eyes with second sight. I like the idea of her mind being a Bestiary, she has much knowledge of magic and myth but it holds no candle to Tor and the machine side of his brain which does contain an extensive Bestiary of every creature, magic spell, spirit, and "gods" that inhabit the world.

Well they're in a morally grey area. Charlie is getting to the point where he realizes that not all the monsters they're hunting are evil, but Greta being incredibly scarred by this event, is quick to put down all monsters and is considered really bad.
