Hero Name: Slow SchmoeSpecies Name: Folinertia
Planet of Origin: Chronako
Power/Abilities: Creates a "time field" that slows down everything caught in it to match his regular, slow speed.
Weaknesses: Extremely slow when time field is not active. Moves at 1/10th the speed of a regular person. Perceives everything as moving superfast.
Additional Info: Chronako exists at the closest solid representation of time in the universe, so it has had an interesting effect on the lifeforms of the planet. Some aliens move at slow speed (Folinertia), some move at fast speeds (their predators), others age in reverse, and some do not change at all and will be the same til the end of time.

Based on the design of both the alien and his outfit, this guy has to be a reference to Flash from Zootopia and those sloth employees from Star vs. the Forces of Evil, right? Because if they are, that is hilarious

Well imagine that you need more time for something. Like a bomb is gonna go off in one minute and you don't have what you need to disarm it. Ben goes Slow Schmoe and uses his time field power to slow it down so now you have an hour to do what you need and Ben stays like this for longer than 10 minutes since the omnitrix is going by what time Slow Schmoe is currently at.

Since it looks like the power operates by slowing down everything within a bubble Slow Schmoe determines the size of, I imagine this guy would be used in more defensive situations in order to help buy others some time. Like to delay a shot from an assassin trying to hit a moving target or to provide a hostage with a better chance of escaping by slowing down the abductors.
