Description
This a reimagining of the Ben 10 alien Juryrigg. I thought the official design for him was lazily thought up, he's just a little red devil. Mine on the other hand has elements taken from different sources. His tail, horns, and fur color come from a typicak devil look.
The look of his face came from Stitch/Experiment 626.
His body shape comes from the movie Gremlins just with bulkier arms.
His large ears come from Stitch and the movie Gremlins
His mask came from the Gremlins of the Bugs Bunny cartoon
and his costume is meant to look like a regular plumbers uniform like Mario's and the Omnitrix symbol is on his back
Now for his powers he rapidly takes apart any machinery rapidly (and not put it back together like the original) and agility. There is also a change in personality, the user will become more mischievious and be driven to destroy stuff, although this can be controlled with enough concentration
For his species bio, thousands of years ago they were genetically altered to take apart any old useless machinery, but they couldn't tell good machines from bad ones and quickly started destroying all machinery on their planet. Other inhabitants of the planet captured all of them and sent them to a primal planet without technology. But from time to time, they have been taken to help turn the tides of war and were even used in World War II to bring down airplanes and were the inspiration for the gremlin legend.

That was the plan, and also throw in a little Gremlins into the mix.

Pretty obvious now that you think about it.

You know...I did have this weird idea that Jury Rigg was actually where the Gremlin myth began in the Ben 10 Universe. You know...
The creatures that attacked planes and stuff?

Yeah, I know the Gremlin myth and these guys would fit the myth reveal perfectly. But what if instead of them just bringing down planes because of the myth sayingΒ they cause havoc, they unintentionally take parts of the plane apart to build something else. It will mean the plane goes down but they'll survive with what they built.
Also how about this little rewrite of history, what if there was a Jury Rigg in the 1800s and itΒ lived near the Wright Brothers and after it saw their gliders, it took apart some of the bikes from their shop and started building the first ever airplane. The Wright Bros never knew who built it and no one stepped up to claim credit so they took it for themselves and were the first men to ever fly in history.

That works. Maybe on just felt like they were doing a cruddy job and just decided to help out XP
..could give Jury Rigg a pension for aviation then

That could work.
It could explain his OV outfit.

Thus he could help with the Lovey Duck thing
...and yes, Rad Dudesman is gonna be part of my take on Omniverse. He's kinda he Rocket Raccoon of Ben's team post-Incursians. You know...he's part of the team, but he's the only one who's TECHNIALLY A bounty hunter

Nice.
Maybe he can join the Galactic Enforcers after they drop the do gooder Justice League motif and goΒ for a more Guardians of the Galaxy vibe. Β

That works. XP They are a LOT more lax after the, well...Vilgax incident kinda took away Ultimos' powers, but since all of the 10 powers were taken from Vilgax with Ascalon when it absorbed the Diagon powers from him, Azmuth finds a way to give them back to him.
But in all, the team itself also has some other members such as; A Vladat who's kinda the Batman of the group using his powers to interrogate others, Andreas as the muscle besides Sunny, a Galvan named Stak who has a sort of Iron Man-like suit that helps him fight and a ember of Krabb's species that uses a powerful claw to fight crime. But Rad could be an interesting additon to that team XP

Zigwolf In reply to Shadow-DJ [2016-09-05 23:44:10 +0000 UTC]
Oh no! You'reΒ using the law abiding, power stealing, beloved ruler of Vilgaxia, version of Vilgax for this ?
Not so sure about the Vladat because it was stated in the OS and OV that Vladats are extinct and I think the only one in the universe could be Lord Transyl. Andreas could be a good choice. Maybe go with a Retaliator armor for Stak. Could be an interesting idea having a Krabb on the team, but I'm not too sure about Ra'ad, only because he's never seemed like the hero type and always came off as a bit of a loner to me.

I'm playing it more of...him using his masterful manipulation skills to use the laws tha the Plumbers seem to love so much against them but after his fight against Ben for godhood and losing it...lets just say that he'sgoing for less...inclusive methods. Yes he is still lovd on Vilgaxia, but that's because his kind don't have the sae morals as humans. Yeah he's a murderous despot, but he only cares about his own planet and doesn't care who he steps on to get on it. BUT on Earth, after the Diagon incident, he's basically the head of the entire criminal underworld while he was healing from his body breaking down on him again when the powers were taken from him by Ascalon. So now he's back to being more like OS in terms of methods as he couldn't originally be as direct as before but now he's back to being the 'handicapped' badass that we know from then. (asically I gave a reason why he needed his cybernetics back since I really liekd them in the OS series). UAF happened but he learned his lessons from his past mistakes.
And in terms of methods? He uses Psyphon to make a gang of lowlife aliens that hid on Earth and makes them into a sort of rag-tag group of criminals. Heck, evne after outbreak, he still has a use for them since tehy are secretly giving him information about how the Plumbers work. You know...their schedules, the members of staff, etc. So after they get uot, they tell him everything they found out while his cybernetics are upgraded. Hell, when he finally makes his return in my take on theIncursian arc? He doesn't just get captured off screen...he has the Dwarf Star from that delivery episode and basically goes to town with the Plumbers. (WITH Max basically telling Julie and Rook to get out of the area but is too late and they get the mop floored wht theri faces when he gets them)
And I am talking about Rad Dudesman, not Ra'ad the jellyfish guy xP That guy went back home. Galapagus became a diplomat and religious leader (Think Zenyata from Overwatch; he's a monk-like character but now can kick shell when he wants too and teaches his kind martial arts like Xiaolin monks) and Bivalvan went back to work to his lab (I thought of him as a scientsit XP) while P'andor went back to jail to carry out the rest of is sentence.

Are you sure about that ? Vilgax has never struck me as a master manipulator. He knows the art of war but is a skilled warrior but being a manipulator seems a big change for him.Β
Whoops I thought we were talking about new characters instead of the one from before so that's why I assumed we were talking about Ra'ad.

Dudes been around for decades so he's a skilled strategist. And any good one needs to know his enemy. So thus the more subtle approach.
Gotcha ;;

Yeah but I see waging war and running a criminal empire as being slightly different. They could be the same but I see some big differences.

Fair. But when he gets back to full level, he takes the best of the gang to be his elite and the rest are just nooks. He is basically giving the ones he finds use for spots of importance in the Vilgaxian elite, but that's a VERY select, loyal few

Fistina is sadly not one of the ones he takes...he thinks that she's 'too soft' and dismisses her, but finds use in Liam since he WAS the closest to take out Ben and Thunderpig because he's easy to manipulate. Bubbles is also there jus because h can survive in harsher atmopsheres and the like.

Too bad for Fistina but it's good that the rest of the crew get recruited for this.
Speaking of them, your take on the episode Outbreak made me think, what if those guys were permanently stuck in their hybrid forms instead of turning back like at the end. The 2012 TMNT has many villains that are mutated permanently and hardly ever go back to their original forms. Part of me wonders, how would those three and Psyphon react to always being in these new alien forms ?

Ei think they Woukd revel in it. Heck, Psyphon Coukd easily tap into the fire powers still with the power device he has so he could use what the Omnitrix left behind in their systems to tap into the powers.
