Description
My reimagining of Zem and Zam from Crash Nitro Kart.In their new history Zem and Zam are Xterez brothers from Dryvalot. From a young age, Zem and Zam were excellent drivers that quickly rose through the ranks of street racing and earned the attention of Emperor Velo, who recruited the two for his racing team, Team Impirio Supremo.
Of the two brother Zem is the most dastardly sinister of the two who is planning a scheme at all times, while Zem is the more easy going of the two and enjoys a great feast after each victory.

Wow! You sure did a quite a job in making them look fierce! I do have two questions, though:
1. Did Zam lose his legs and arm as a consequence of getting into some kind of crash while racing or did he lose them due to pissing off the wrong kind of people?
2. Why did you choose to make Zam more humanoid and not anything like his game counterpart?

1) Well, he lose his arm before a race by his opponent trying to force Zem to forfeit since he would have a tough time driving with one arm. It didn't work and Zem won anyway. Zem lost his legs when the bottom of his car gave out and his lost his brakes, so he tried to stop the car "Flintstones" style with his feet and it didn't work and he ended up losing his legs, literally, to the road.
2) Well these two looked very similar in their original appearances that I thought it would do better for my story if they were brothers instead of master and pet. So Zam would get a more up Humanoid redesign to help with that.

1) Hardcore! I take it that managing to win a race with only one arm gained Zem a rep for being a tough racer?
2) Similar? I don't really know what you mean by that. To me, Zam looked like a mix between a Komodo dragon and an attack dog while Zem resembled a more beefy version of Emperor Velo's goblin-like subjects or a shorter, buffer version of the fake Velo.

1) Yup, he got major street cred after that race.
