Well yeah. It's most likely that old yet amazing art still gets that attraction that it gives off when people look at it and enjoys it even if the art was posted years ago. That's how I see it basically

I tried doing that mushy thing but somehow it always ended up ugly, or too small just to fill in all those gaps. Finally, I decided on using 4 little fetus sacks, with reasonable space in between the walls where it should be and this is what I got. (also hence the name.)
I like to think that the ambiotic fluids fills in the gaps, to give a little floating space for the eggs. ^^

It works. Perhaps to help clarify her size you could draw the same picture, but without the cut away. Allowing the viewer to realize just how much space those four fetus sacks and amniotic fluid take up.
