I guess today is Shirtless Man Day or something at the Casa de Zilchtastic. Two pics in one day? Well, not exactly...

This is a revamp of an olllld picture-- in fact, the first picture of Murdoc I ever drew-- which you can view here: [link] BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT. Ye gods, the old version is horrible. Horrible! I couldn't draw yet, I didn't know how to color in Photoshop even a LITTLE, and I messed up so many details it isn't even funny. And yet, I loved the pose and still do.

So I said to myself, "Self, why don't you erase that natural disaster you call his face, redraw it, fix the coloring and shading a bit, and give it a new life?" So that's exactly what I did. Doesn't it look a lot better now? Sure, there's still mistakes-- and I may just end up re-drawing it from scratch one of these days, since there was no way to fix a few of them-- but all in all it's a vast improvement. And I drew his face with my tablet, so I feel very proud.

So, dear viewers, feel free to bask in the greenish glory that is Shirtless Murdoc, Version II. Now with 50% more awesome!
