2D lost his hair and it grew back blue because of the medication he got.
he lost one eye when murdoc crashed the car into the music store where 2D worked. he lost the second one also because a accident with murdoc (don't know what it was though). also he got his name 2D after he lost his eyes because he has now 2 dents in his head.

You're a little off, but that's okay. 2D fell out of a tree and hit his head at the age of 10, and his hair fell out. And he still has eyes, they're just filled with blood. And he got the second eight-ball fracture when Murdoc took 2D for a joyride when he was still in a coma and he flew through the windshield. :3

Simple. All you need are these things happen in exact order:
1.) A ten-year-old Stuart Pot falling out of a tree causing his slick black hair to fall out and screw with his gene pool, turning that once-black hair a beautiful azure blue.
2.) Next you need a thirty-year-old Murdoc Niccals several years later who wants to crash his car through the window of a keyboard shop to steal the merchandise in order to start his band.
3.) You also need a now nineteen-year-old Stuart Pot working in that same store behind the counter, staring off into space.
4.) You now have a vegetable-ized Stuart after having his left eye fractured to the back of his head from his face being smashed into by said Murdoc Niccal's car when the jerkface actually tried to make his crash into the store.
5.) Push forward about a year. You now need a Stuart Pot (still in is catatomic state) and Murdoc sitting in said Murdoc's car, trying to impress some women in a parking lot by doing donuts and such.
6.) Have that Murdoc crash his car into a pole, Stuart crashing through the windshield and flying about half a mile, hitting his head on a curb, fracturing (but somehow not blinding) his other eye to the back of his head, as well as breaking him from his mind-dead brain and back to reality.
7.) Have Murdoc look at him and be amazed by his ominous, zombie-like yet pretty-boy looks and have him become the new singer of the band he wanted to start in the first place before having to commute to ten hours of community service a week caring for the vegetable Stu-Pot.
8.) Again, you need a Murdoc. Have said person give Stuart Pot the nickname of 2-D, standing for the two dents the poor, slightly slow boy now bears in his noggin.
And that about covers it . . . Oh, and, uhm, nice artwork, too. See yah. I need to favorite this now.

what happened was is that murdoc was going to ram raid the same store 2D was working in and when the car went through the wall the bumper hit him in the face and made him go into a coma state. then one day while murdoc was taking care of 2D murdoc was doing donuts in a parking lot when a girl lifted her shirt and that distracted him long enough to hit and pole and 2D went flying out of the windshield and he hit his other eye on the curb. so basically it was murdocs poor driving skills. ^.^ im such a dork for knowing all that.

He was hit twice by Murdoc. Once in the place where 2D worked at the age of 18-19, and put him into a coma, and the second by Murdoc too, going out of his car trought the front window, and landing onto the floor, waking from the coma but having the second hyphema.
Now he has two hyphemas, one in every eye.

No, not blind. He still can see, but his eyes are somewhat covered in blood and pushed into his head. He still has eyes, but you can't see them.
