Description
The Seven OraclesCreated in Photoshop over a week. Continuing from where the Three Evils piece left off, this is another submission using photos kindly supplied by the lovely ~suspiria81
This is probably the last of these pieces for a while, I don't want to get repetitive, but I absolutely LOVED working this one up. ~suspiria81 has such a great face for this type of work, erk, well, I know that sounds odd, but I think she is stunning and goooorgeous. Go check her gallery out right now. The great thing about her is that she has a wonderful otherwordly feel to her face. I asked her to do me these shots with work like this specifically in mind and the results she sent back were ay beyond what I could hope for. It left the way clear to producing this piece open straight away. I finished Three Evils first and then went back to this idea.
The blue glow at the bottom was probably what secured the final idea for me. I was unsure as to what this would turn out like, and whether I would actually finish it until the point I added the glow idea. It was added onto the original greyscale concept (I work in black and white right until the very end where upon I add the colour) and it was just *wham* - soooo cool. So I kept it. The sickly yellows and oranges conflict nicely with the neon blue. Well, I'm happy with it anyway

O wow this is absolutely beautiful........... you know in a haunting kind of way. I for one can appreciate all the work that has gone into is creation. My dark faces may not be as elite as this but I know what it takes to get an image to this standard.

Excellent linear composition of lighting, shapes and texture, good interaction between the neon blue and the complementary hues of orange.
Excellent work.

I love the colors that you use and the painterly feel!! The textures are what is usually missing for me in digital. These are perfect. I hope envy isn't one of the seven deadly sins.

Rite on friend. This is a truly brilliant piece, the outcome of the effort u put on this piece
is well expressed. i am also used to goin off in grayscale until the very last touches, though i havnt submitted much fotomanip stuff here yet.
the gothik oranges does really move the piece to a higher level, and yeah to me neon blue gives one of the major divine touches that this piece reflects. superb
Cheers!!

I'm browsing your gallery again (cause I've done it already some time ago) and I'm totally amused but THIS one is the dream-piece of all to me..
once my friend showed me this and I was like "jesus I'll never be able to create such things" and I was fascinated then. but now I'm just... happy to live. see and appreciate artists like you.
