part of a series of pictures I took at a local woodland with =w00zleThe woods we were taken pictures in had been bathed in mist and fog for several days, and most mornings it was freezing fog. The grass all around us had huge frozen droplets and looked for all the world like snow. Figured a macro shot would look cool

Beautiful! I've seen ice-coated grass, but never frozen droplets! The temperature must have dropped extremely quickly for that to happen.

such a fabulous shot out of somethng most would just walk by. The depth of field is very interesting and the macro certainly focuses on the intricacies of the ice but it's the patterns created by the blades of grass, the wonderous lattice in the background, that really grabs my attention.
The composition is quite interesting, nice work

I like the way the droplets have frozen, it makes them seem like glass.
It is nicely shot, the cross of the blades of grass draws you eye to te cnter of the picture.
