man, I am ever a huge fan of this model
when I first saw it, I fell in love with it.rendered in Poser (I know! I was shocked at the quality too!!) then worked up in Photoshop.
took about 3 hours of adding all the textures freehand in Photoshop, like I normally do, then correcting the shadows and highlights, added a background and toplights to get the atmosphere going and there ya go.
currently my wallpaper and this sucker ain't leaving it for a LONG while

Just goes to show that even with a lower-end (to some people) program combined with a image editor like Photoshop and a skilled hand can create top quality work. Very, very well done.

I have no doubt this one has taken a lot hard work from you...but honestly? I dont like it tha tmuch. It has a really realistic look (good work on that) but as a wallpaper...hmm its personal

kinda reminds me of a mix between the robots in the LinkinPark video of points of authority and the phantoms in Final Fantasy: the spirits within.
It kicks ass and the lighting adds a sense of mistery as well as the fearstriking gaze from it's eyes. love to know were ya got the inspiration for this peice.
