Description
This was my contribution to the latest PB challenge where we had to take a classic master painting and remake it. I chose "A Coign of Vantage" by Alma-Tadema. I'll post my pic here followed by the Original reference I used (hopefully!). Hope you like! It is the longest I have spent on a painting to date.*edit* Can't seem to post the original beside mine so if anyone is interested in seeing the original just Google "A Coign of Vantage".

I've always wanted to draw something like this, two people on a 'balcony' like that overlooking a city. I could never pull it off though.. x.x
