I think that's one of the ugliest rabbids I've ever drawn. I didn't have any good reference pictures of Vegeta. D:
This used to be an internet meme but it's not as popular now. I've never understood internet memes, but I think some of them are funny because they don't make any sense.
So if you don't understand what's so funny about this, don't worry. I don't get it either.

In the show Dragonball Z he has this power meter or something and when he checks sombodys power and it gives you a number. So when he checked this one guys power he was all like IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
